This is hands down the best gym in the area. The equipment is always in great condition, it’s clean, and the overall atmosphere makes it easy to stay motivated and consistent.
The only thing that could really be improved is the opening process. There have been multiple times I’ve arrived right at 5 AM, and staff are just getting there, which means waiting while they complete opening duties. That cuts into my workout time, especially when I’m on a tight schedule. Maybe it’s just me being on a strict timeline, but I do think it would make a big difference if everything was fully ready to go right at opening time.
A real gym, starting with the staff! Super helpful "we have a class for you, see you at 5:25am!" A friendly butt kicking for 45 minutes to remind you how out of shape you are. No judgement the people in the class were friendly and encouraging. Anyone would be able to join fit in and after a couple weeks of sticking with it you would be in great shape! Great well kept machines and weights all around a beautiful space for anyone that is trying to lose weight or sculpt a body! Not much else to say get in there and sweat!

Visited from out of town today and the staff let me get in a quick lift. My in-laws live in delevan and I had always gone to another chain gym in the area, but this will be my new go-to. Old school vibes and tons of equipment. Very cool spot—the pictures on their website don’t do justice to the amount of equipment they have. I would say that it’s definitely aimed at the weight lifter, but they still have at least 20 cardio machines and a room for auxiliary/battle ropes/kettle bells.
