Earlier today I called and left a message for the owner after one of his trucks flew down a dead-end road going at least 55 mph, while I was waiting to get my 4-yo off the bus. In my message, I asked them to slow down, as I have small children, and I asked for a call back. I just received a voicemail in return, swearing at me and yelling that he was the driver of the truck, and if I didn't like him going 55 mph I should "call the goddamn township" and have it changed. I tried calling him back numerous times, but he kept answering and ending the call. ***I WILL NEVER USE TOM FOR ANY SERVICES IN THE FUTURE. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY THE MOST HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.We bought a house one month ago. Our septic inspection was done by this company. Though the report did not seem thorough at all we accepted the passing results. One month in, our main drain stops working and we can’t use any plumbing whatsoever in our house. We had just gotten a new washer and on the first load, it backed up through the utility sink and flooded the floor and basement. We were obviously upset as we hadn’t lived in the house for 1 month.
