My elderly mother received new glasses. When we went to pick up the glasses, I asked if I had to bring my mother into the office because it is extremely difficult due to being wheelchair-bound. Shauna without hesitation offered to come out to the car to ensure proper fit of the glasses for my mother. She went out back and forth twice to get proper adjustment but this was a huge blessing for us. Thank you Shauna

Edita was very patient with me as I looked at many different frames for two pair of glasses. She spent a lot of time with me, and offered several different frames that she thought I might like. She was very helpful.

Spent a quite a bit of time with Kari today picking out some new, very expensive glasses. She took the time to listen to what I wanted & went way out of her way to help me with suggestions, thank you. Also very friendly, we chatted about stuff, making me feel very comfortable. I will definitely go back to her.
