I walked in and first thing they asked is if I was 1st time customer then told me the hourly rate per service call. This business was straight forward from the beginning unlike “Terrytown plumbing, heating & cooling” definitely will come back here ?
The central air wasn't working so I called Pointon after being referred from some other people. The person answering the call was friendly and offered to send someone out immediately. The tech guy and the guy they sent to give a quote for a new one were both friendly and explained things clearly. In this day and age, kindness goes a long way and I was very happy with the service and great attitudes.
I am editing and retracting this review because I am receiving retaliation by the company. The only thing I want is to be left alone and not threatened.My MIL thinks I'm threatening her. So, here is an artistic rendition of what she actually looks like. You are a harmless porcupine that is lashing out because you're scared. Please know that you have no reason to be scared because my purpose in life is to help and not harm. Sorry I'm that scary. I'm just autistic and can't communicate right. Apparently that's very scary for you
