My poodles always come home fluffy and smelling great! They do an excellent job with my poodles, our large nervous shepherd mix, and my dad's wiggly corgi.

I think this business should be rated a one for the care of he dogs and professionalism. I called this business to make an appointment and asked how much it would be for a cut the person told me it would be $26,00 for first six months so I made an appointment. So we took him for his appointment she asked me what I wanted for his hair cut I told her a teddy bear look and to trim his crown it would take 3 hours so we left him there when I called they said it would take another 45 minutes. when we got there i had to wait because she was busy talking to a person that was looking a free dog nothing to do withe business, when we finally got our dog it looked like they s ook a clippers and shaved him like a poodle they shaved his crown off. i said this not what we wanted for a hair she said you wanted the straight cut no I didn't. That's not true also it cost us $37.87 I told I was told the price $26.00.They don"t write what the customer wants for rheir dog and lie to customers. also all that time my dog spent for a shitty hair cut and they never took him out to pee and never give him any water that is cruelty to animal. I"m saying if you love your pet please don"t take them there

My husband and I thought we could trust Jenny’s house of dogs for our pup. I was sorely mistaken. I’ve watched the mistreatment they’ve given to animals, how rough and rude they are with animals while grooming them, and have heard how they talk about others animals as well as their employees. It baffles me that someone could run their business like this. I will NOT be returning and I will make it known when asked about groomers in town. Unacceptable

I am extremely impressed with Jenny's House of Dogs grooming services and highly recommend. I have owned large breed dogs for over 25 years and have lived all over the country-this hands down the best grooming facility I've seen. They were able to get my Bernese in the day after I called and did a fabulous job with her. They were really specific beforehand about what they'd be doing with her and afterwards made it a point to tell me about an irritation she had on her skin. They were very accurate with their timing. All of the staff were very friendly and kind and the building was clean and well kept. My dog was a bit overdue for some grooming and they were not bothered or judgmental about it. Prices are extremely fair and we will be back! Thank you so much!
