Clean facility with exceptionally friendly staff. All the equipment is in excellent condition - much of it new. My only suggestion is to do what a lot of other gyms do, which is to not allow political news channels (CNN, MSNBC, Fox, etc.) on the TVs - or at least not with the volume on. Hearing loud political commentary during a workout can really detract from the enjoyment for some members.
Complete toning and aerobic equipment incl free weights...shower in the bathroom, TV's, sanitizing wipes, clean towels, water provided, and 24-7 access with minimum 4 month membership(Fob key access)...emergency fire and police buttons if needed...better than most gyms in larger cities!
