PuroClean was dispatched by my insurance to handle a drain leak from the upper floor that had poured out of a ceiling light and inside two exterior walls. Tanner from PuroClean was the first person on site the next morning, even before the plumber. He was professional and reassuring. He walked us through the whole process and remained in contact nearly every day for over a week until the water remediation process was completed. He also handled communication and billing directly with our insurance. I would personally recommend Tanner to anyone who needs to deal with water remediation in their home.

The response was so prompt and responded immediately in the emergency situation. Really appreciate Tanner he did amazing job and made us feel comfortable. Even though he was sick later, he made sure someone will definitely come and get it fixed. Chuck was so prompt in the work he was doing and answered all our queries. Really appreciate these two wonderful people Tanner and Chuck!! Very happy to recommend these people anytime!!!!!
