Wilson Mak is awesome! I didn't think I could qualify for a mortgage, given some recent blemishes in my credit history. But with my the cost of rent skyrocketing in Clark County, I decided to check with Wilson. He was able to find a FHA mortgage finance program that was tailored to my situation and guide me through the qualification process!! I am now a happy homeowner paying less on my mortgage that I did to rent an apartment!

I cannot recommend Wilson and his team highly enough!! He was prompt, always responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were able to meet our ideal timelines. We had a lot of questions about the process and needed some hand holding and we always felt well taken care of, and like Wilson truly had our best interest in mind. Wilson was recommended to us by our realtor Jesse Udom. We didn't know how the mortgage process works as first time home buyers and Wilson made the process super easy! He provided info to help us decide between renting vs buying which made my husband and I feel confident in purchasing our first home. Wilson answered all of our questions and we would definitely recommend him to our friends.
