Overall TVC is good, but they suck at getting my 91 year old mom help for ear wax. We went to urgent care, that didn't work, I followed up with PA home care, that didn't work. Mom can't enjoy tv without her hearing aids. An ENT referral was placed BUT TVC won't let her see any dr available. So she has to wait for weeks, the policy sucks for the elderly. Shame on TVC.ORG POLICIES.

As my first visit at the Vancouver Climic Columbia Tech Urgent Care the attending Dr was professional, welcoming and courteous. One of the two Registered Nurses was exceptionally supportive. One of the two staff members at check in was receptive. Looking forward to meeting the PC. :)

This place is trying to be like Kaiser with central checkin. I went to my appointment and then come to find out it was canceled without anyone telling and they could not tell me where my doctor was. This place gets rid of great doctors. My NP primary care is also gone.

They just sent a letter that my GI doc is no longer there. She would never to this to me without telling me where she was going. I will not see these other 8 male physicians. Can't.

High quality care, friendly and skilled. Plus their many urgent care clinics are awesome!

The Urgent Care Staff were uncaring. Not many patients but the front desk person did not greet nor look up from her computer. Medical Assistant whom took the vitals, told me 4 to 5 times that I really needed to call my doctor who was not affiliated with the Vancouver clinic. Unfortunately, it was a weekend and the office was closed. I confirmed that this would be done when the office opens. She however, kept on repeating with annoyance that I should be seeing my doctor. Had to ask if they were going to be able to help or did I need to go to a different facility.

Opthomalogist was great! I had an appt didn't have to wait, great care and understanding. He took care of my eye problem, I'm very happy with him! Also, husband goes here to Columbia Tech for their Dermatologist, they are also great and caring! The whole staff is! Vancouver clinic on 78th Ave, urgent care is great also, went there for sinus infection, waited 15 minutes, which is great, staff and dr very kind and caring about my pain. Checked me, sent prescription to my pharmacy, great experience!

I have never in my 50 years of life seen a dr take weeks and weeks to get a referral out to the dr of my choice. They make excuses as to why the process takes so long all of which are ridiculous! My son needs to be seen my a specialist and Vancouver clinics referral had no open appointments until December 2023. So I called around and found another specialist who could see him sooner. We have been trying to get an out of practice referral since September 15th. When I called the practice I found to see my son sooner and mentioned Vancouver clinic, she said yeah they take forever. So they clearly have a negative reputation. We wait and wait and there is no valid reason for this process to take an excess of 2 weeks to be completed. Vancouver clinic, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Taking this long to get someone the care they need is the exact opposite of what you should be doing!

I've been going to the Vancouver Clinic on 172nd for a little while, and so far I have no complaints. I've seen Primary Care, Dr. Morrisroe, and Ophthalmologist, Dr. Alexander Choy. I also had a quick visit in their lab. Nothing is ever going to be perfect, however, I appreciate how responsive they are to questions in MyChart. Today is Sunday, and I received a response from MA, Sandra (today), which is awesome and rare for a primary care clinic. I didn't wait long when I arrived for my appointments. The MAs were timely. The doctors were attentive and reviewed my health history with me, which is very important. Unfortunately, during the height of the pandemic, I didn't see a doctor consistently. At the VC, the doctors focused more on my immediate concerns which makes sense. They only have 30 to 45 minutes for one appointment, so patients can't get a million issues resolved without follow up appointments, which also makes sense. The facilities are clean, and I love that specialty clinics and the lab is in the same building! It is designed like a mini mall on the inside to me, so it doesn't look intimidating for those who are afraid of clinics and hospitals. The only thing that I didn't care for is Primary Care and Urgent Care check-in is in the same room. I wasn't sure if Urgent Care saw Covid patients, but of course I wore a mask. I understand that people with Covid also need to be seen, probably more so at that time than I did. The receptionists screen everyone checking-in to be seen for Covid symptoms. Not sure what would happen if a person said yes to having symptoms. Although I did see that they offered virtual visits.
