Great reading material.Then all you do is sit at the desk in the Doctor's office and you do the talking and he listens. He determines what's wrong and can put one on a diet that can change everything, as it did me. My weight went down to normal that I weighed in the Navy.If need be, that one needs a medicine, he makes it up in his laboratory and you get it right away. No pharmaceuticals. Just natural stuff. He does blood analysis, but not like the medical industry, by a hole lot from the arm with a needle.... read full review

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Zeff. He has dramatically helped me with many long-term chronic conditions. I actually look forward to my monthly visits. Simply the best.

Dr.Zeff is a breath of fresh air. His approach to health and healing is unique and admirable. He was so kind, comforting and informative when our daughter was extremely sick. I appreciate all of his help and guidance that he gave during such an intense time. It's unnerving to see your child in pain.
