Pat is patient, witty, hears my concerns, then presents creative solutions! With our kids in the showroom (no screens), my husband and I debated wants, beliefs, and parented. Pat walked with us, no pressure encouraged progressive structures to our industrious family. If you aren’t a kitchen designer; leave it to the pros; open & shut or soft- close if you wish ?
Working with our designer, Sara, and installer, Ivan, was a great experience. Working to restore our kitchen through insurance has been less than ideal but Sara and Ivan made the challenges worth it. Sara was always quick to communicate and resolved any issues or errors in a very professional and kind manner. Ivan's craftsmanship and attention to detail are the best I have ever experienced. With an overall process with insurance that took much longer and much more frustrating than imagined, Pacific Cabinetry and Design (Sara and Ivan in our case) were the least of our worries.
