All technicians continue to do an excellent job. Very friendly and competent. Ke’Ohe was my technician yesterday and was great. I am pleased with the services provided. This was my quarterly application.
Their customer service is superb! I have reached out in regards to a couple of existing issues I had prior to their inception of our service and the communication from the scheduling to the tech who comes out is extremely timely and efficient. Each tech that has come out has been very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and has gone out of their way to service our home.
Thank you Kris for taking the time to answer all my questions, walk around the house, listen to my concerns and check all the areas I was concerned about. You were patient, kind, very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service.
