Our technician came quickly, explained everything and was nice. No one wants to spend a thousand dollars before the holidays but kindness makes it easier. People tell us not to use Rooter. Customer service is what makes us go to them when emergencies in the plumbing variety comes our way.

Phil Boehm was an excellent technician! Pleasant and courteous disposition. Checked all locations for where the clog was and took care of it. The gal that took my call was also very courteous and called me back the moment she knew when the guy would head my way. This was followed up with a text and a photo of the guy coming. This is excellent service! My stars are based on the outrageous cost and not on the employee. I have no idea how these prices are calculated but in my opinion I feel like after covid everybody just decided to hike their costs and gouge customers! I'm a senior citizen as well as disabled and have no idea how to continur to afford matters that concern home ownership.

Mr. Rico Russell came to my house on Monday morning within an hour of me calling. Had to get my kitchen sink unplugged immediately. He was the epitome of what I expected in someone coming to my home to perform a service. Rico was professional and courteous from start to finish and I can't really think of how or what he could have done better. Will definitely recommend and call back for any future plumbing needs.

We had a pipe break that caused water to fill into our crawls space. Mike from Mr. Rooter was dispatched out to help diagnose and fix the problem. From the moment Mike walked through our door we knew we were in good hands. Mike is a journeyman plumber and really knew what he was doing and talking about. He explained everything every step of the way and gave us clear options for how we wanted to handle to situation. Although Mike was unable to locate the leak, he referred us to a few companies that could do the job and ensured us he could fix it once it was located. That’s not so say that he didn’t try to locate it, because he sure put in a lot of effort digging up spot in our backyard that he suspected was close to the pipe break. Turns out he was about a foot or so away from finding it, but it was under our concrete patio. After having a leak detection company out, Mike returned to complete the job. Mike had already held a spot for us for the following day so it was easy to get him back out to our house. We were his first job of the day and he came ready to tackle the job. He had to cut into the concrete and tried his best to preserve the designer patio we have. Unfortunately he had to jack hammer the spot he cut out, but it was done so without damaging or removing a large portion of our patio. He found it, repaired it and had us all closed up by the end of the day. Mr. Rooter is lucky to have such a knowledgeable, kind, efficient, hardworking employee in Mike. He made this experience not so bad considering the circumstances. The pricing was fair, the work was great quality and we enjoyed having Mike at our home.

I had a ball valve go bad at our water main by the street, causing lots of water to leak into the ground. I called Mr. Rooter, and they had a technician out within an hour. Mr. Mike was courteous and explained the process of what he was working on. He also took pictures so I could submit them to the city to get a credit on my water bill. Thank you, Mr. Mike and Mr. Rooter, for taking care of my plumbing needs. I highly recommend them..
