David and Mike were fantastic! They went above and beyond to make sure my water main was repaired as soon as humanly possible. They worked very hard and had my water restored quickly. Both are very knowledgeable and kind. No one wants to deal with a burst main water pipe but I am glad they were the ones that handled it!

I’ve utilized Mr Rooter several times over last few years to both proactively assess my plumbing as home ages and for various repairs. Jeremy is wonderful and each time he comes he is well versed on prior items and a true professional in his work. He even identified an issue with my new hot water installation done by someone else and I was able to get addressed under initial install. Recommend and will use again!

The gentlemen that fix the drain were professional and solved the problem. I am confused as why it wasn’t fixed one of the other times I had the drain checked. There was a plug from checking for leaks when the house was new floating in the pipes causing an overflow. I am pleased that the problem was solved although I wished it was discovered sooner.
