Great experience, we came in for a small job, and ended up making plans to do the small thing, plus our living room, plus our kitchen. Sam was super friendly and helpful-- excellent, personable service on the initial visit. We're looking forward to completing our job-- I'll update when that's done.
Great to work with. We had one issue and it was taken care of immediately by the General Manager. Job was finished within the time frame agreed on. If any tile or flooring needed in the future I would not hesitate to contact Great Floors
James greeted us upon entering. He asked what we were looking for and provided feedback on where to look. He made himself available to answer question and did not hover. Very comfortable to deal with. No pressure. We found tile we liked and will return when it's time to move on with our project.
