Our experience with Dick Hannah Jeep was top notch! We initially talked to "Q". He was with another client when we arrived so he introduced us to Tim. Tim was very thorough and made everything really easy. He made us feel extremely comfortable and was very helpful during the entire process. Super cool guy and ambitious. We would highly recommend working with Tim at Dick Hannah Jeep!!. We also noticed how everyone at this dealership enjoyed working with each other. Every person we encountered (from the lot porters to the managers) smiled or talked to us while we waited for the process to be finished. Absolute joke. They have had my truck since 7/8/2024. It's now 7/31/2024 with zero communication despite multiple attempts in the last 10 days to get an update, and nobody will tell me anything. I've left 6 messages with the secretary, and she has put the manager on the message for someone to call me back and let me know what's going on, and not a damn person has called me back yet. I have purchased all but one car or truck from them in the last 15 years. Which is about 5 vehicles. I will no longer do business with them as every year they get worse and worse with their service. Shameful when you spend this kind of money with a business.
