Love this office. Everyone is friendly and caring. I even kept them my primary after I moved.

I had taken my 4 month old son for his wellness check and vaccines appt. I asked Dr. Jose Flores Rodarte what vaccines they were going to give my son today and he looked it up and showed me on google. I asked him a question whether one of the vaccines were oral or intravenous and he didn’t give me a direct answer and sometimes it is oral or intravenous. He also kept looking at his watch and not attentive. The nurse was kind but also didn’t even know the answer when I asked he if one of the vaccines was live and she didn’t know. And on MyChart, the doctor didn’t even specify what vaccines he had given my son and just set he got his vaccinations up to date. I wouldn’t recommend this hospital especially for your kids.

I was going to this health point morethan three years and it's a joke all what they did.

Yesterday, my wife had an appointment at the clinic and needed to do a lab test. The nurse asked her to do something, but my wife did not understand because she does not speak English well. The nurse started yelling at her. Two other staff members were there, and they began laughing and making fun of her.

The nurse then said something that may have been insulting or possibly racist. After that, the other two staff members became silent. I do not understand why she acted this way. I have been going to this clinic for more than six years, and the doctors there are very kind. However, because of what happened, I will change the clinic and will not go there again.

If I could give them 100 stars I would, Dr Adrianne Tran is my dentist she is kind , gentle very knowledgeable and her near presence makes me calm and every single time she does anything it's done at 100% she is the best dentist at HP hands down in my opinion. Also Ben and Kyla at FD are amazing, very professional, knowledgeable and caring. Thank you for everything you do I am very grateful to you all. Sedina D

Today I showed up at the dental clinic around 7:15-7:30 for a walk in emergency appt. Amanda at the front desk assisted me. She let me know that while it was no guarantee I would be seen, she would do her due diligence to help me secure an appointment today if possible. Because another patient no showed their appt, I was able to get in with ease. I didn’t have my insurance card on me so Amanda was able to look it up for me with no hesitation. She was extremely professional, friendly and welcoming. She explained the wait time process to me and kept me informed each step of the way. On my way out, she helped me schedule my next follow up appt and I honestly look forward to seeing her and the rest of the staff again soon. From the check in process to getting my X-rays and an extraction it was a 10/10 experience! Everyone was knowledgeable about what their role was and made me feel like I was in good hands— and as someone who is a little afraid of the dentist— this was huge for me! Highly recommend this place and I will be back again! Thank you ladies for caring for me today !

Today, I arrived about five minutes late to my dental appointment due to traffic and needed to reschedule. The front desk administrator, who introduced herself as Amanda but was not wearing a name tag, refused to provide an appointment card, saying they had run out—even though there were clearly several on her desk. This interaction made me feel uncomfortable, and I wanted to share this feedback so it can be addressed.

I had an urgent referral sent over for me to be seen asap and an admin got me scheduled for the 7th. They called me on the 5th stating they messed up and put me in a time slot that was not for new patients. I called back and the only next time they could get me seen was august 26th. I will unfortunately now need to go to the ER because my meds are not refillable and I am suffering to function daily. I have worked years in administrative work and have had to reschedule patients due to my own error but I always squeezed them in either before their appt was set or a couple days after; never weeks after. I am extremely upset by the administrative team here.

Dr. Wallace is the best! I love this office. Everyone is friendly and very efficient.

Wow! This is one of the best clinics I’ve been to. My doctor isn’t always available but the physician assistants and nurse practitioners are all phenomenal. Best experience ever!
