I recently had knee surgery and have a job where I’m required to be on my feet throughout the day. Rachel at Ursa Major Massage helped me tremendously in my recovery process. Her expertise and tailored treatments made a significant difference. The service was exceptional, and the tranquil atmosphere allowed me to relax completely. Rachel is an amazing massage therapist! I can not recommend her highly enough. I was in a car accident that left me with limited range of motion in my neck back and shoulder with a partially torn rotator cuff. I saw a number of therapists who all offered different skills. Rachel really stood out from the others with her shoulder techniques. Other therapists love to do passes from your low back and up over your shoulders, which made me feel like they were trying to rip my arm out of the socket. Rachel’s techniques focused on the shoulder joint itself to help remove the pinching and inflammation that I was experiencing. Rachel was INCREDIBLE! She was very courteous and conscious of what my needs were, and delivered them so well. I always prefer super strong massages, and it was exactly what I needed. Her home studio is SUPER clean and welcoming, and the whole vibe was just perfect. I HIGHLY recommend :))))
