I love everything about Expand Yoga. The room is huge, and the heat is regulated nicely! The instructors are helpful, insightful & kind! Wonderful environment to practice yoga ?
I’ve been practicing Yoga over 15 years and I have been to many studios around the Puget Sound. Expand Yoga is constantly the best in staff, value, cleanliness, and above all they just have good vibes. Highly recommended.
Abbey is an excellent instructor. She is warm and welcoming and provides variations/modifications for the beginner/novice. I am planning to go again later this week to one of her other classes.
