I absolutely love her! She took her time in giving me the cut and balayage that I envisioned. I love that she is an artist so I knew I could trust her with my hair. The entire process took about 3 hours. She first straightened my hair, brushed out all the knots, then trimmed my hair a couple of inches. When she painted my hair, I could tell that she has a lot of experience. Everything felt very natural. The coloring process takes about 15min. We washed the dye and then she dyed my hair overall to turn it into a natural look I wanted. Dena is such a doll and she does BEAUTIFUL work. Let me tell you, it's worth every penny. I have a regular hairdresser who cuts my hair but I normally take on the disaster that is coloring your hair at home. I reached out to Dena before vacation to give me a new look - I had grown out, brown roots and the rest of my hair had been hennaed red so I still had lots of warmth that I needed to match. She matched up my roots to my current color and darkened it all a bit and then she ombré' my ends to this amazing vibrant crimson color! I had some bad color grow out and Crystal did an amazing job fixing my hair and turned my hair into something beautiful. I'm on a process going to blonde and the first step was amazing and can't wait for step 2! I definitely recommend Crysal she does an amazing job!
