Bethany is an amazing massage therapist!! I love getting the ashiatsu massage when I'm super tight. If you don't know what that is, it's when the therapist massages you with their feet while hanging onto bars suspended from the ceiling. Bethany has truly begun to master this modality. I highly recommend giving her a try! And she has appointments on the weekends , which is so very convenient!
