I called Thomas, he helped me over the phone and then even came out the next day to help me figure out what was going on with my GMC. He is a wealth of knowledge and got my issues figured out fast! Above and beyond anyone else I've come across to help me with my GMC, also kept me in the loop with it. He definitely knows his stuff and he was so nice and treated me with dignity. I will be asking him out for any other issues that arise and I'll be referring my family or friends to him as well. He had wonderful communication as well and was straight and to the point. Thomas helped us with our early 2000s vehicle. The vehicle needed a part that was difficult to find and Thomas went above and beyond to find it. He was punctual and kept us updated on where he was in the process. His price was significantly lower than what a repair shop would charge us, and he did a great job. I had a bad cv axle and it was urgent to get fixed. I messaged him and Thomas immediately called me and we discussed the issue. Next day we got the part and he had it done within hours.
