Shaw really came through and did what they said they would. I had a bad experience with a company prior to calling Shaw, the guys were great, and they communicate extremely well. The job was done earlier than expected, and there were no “unexpected expenses” which I sincerely appreciate. 10/10 Recommend
The men that came to do the work at our home were polite, respectful and went over the project with us before they started. They explained exactly what had to be done and did an excellent job without destroying our property. They were efficient and cleaned up everything after they finished.Justin was great at helping us get scheduled and get the information needed to our insurance company. He was always friendly and respectful on the phone. We have worked with Shaw on small jobs in the past and have always been happy with the work they've done and the way they treated us.
My experience with Shaw Trenchless could not have been any better. Their communication before, during, and after the job is complete is as good as I have ever seen, and I have been in the skilled trades for 50 years.Their dispatcher is always responsive, returning missed calls in a timely manner.
