Recently converted from oil furnace heat to a top of the line Daikin heat pump and air handler system with heat strips in our 1907 farm house. Needed new electric upgrade. Banner handled the electrical upgrade, the new heat pump system and removed the existing basement oil tank. Soup to nuts. The crew was always ontime, very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They trained us on the system and thermostat. We are over the moon with the Banner experience. Between the estimate process, customer service assistance and all the crew I just can't recommend highly enough.

We were having problems with our heat shutting off inexplicably; after several service calls a very experienced tech determined there was a design flaw in the system as designed for our house. Banner sent a crew out to replace some ductwork and the air filter assembly and resolved the issue. Amazingly, they honored the warranty after 7 years and did not even suggest that we should pay. Remarkable customer service and integrity with this company!!

We had a high efficiency gas furnace, heat pump and humidifier installed this winter. The installers Laurissa and Robert did a great job and were very professional! When the permit inspector viewed the project he was very impressed. The Sales person (Tim) was very helpful, including information on rebates and financing. We also had a great experience with the warehouse where the person went beyond in helping us find a part. We would recommend this company highly.
