I had a great experience with Banner Furnace & Fuel! Our central AC suddenly stopped cooling, and Juan came out to diagnose the problem same day, only an hour after my call, no extra charge. He was professional, respectful, and took the time to explain what was going on.
From the moment he rang the doorbell to the time he left, the entire service call was only about 20 minutes. He quickly found the issue—a blown disconnect fuse—and even had the replacement part on his truck. Within minutes, our AC was running again and the house was cooling down.

Was heading out of town with my trailer and went to fill my propane tanks only to find out they were out of date and wouldn't be filled. Other vendors said I could leave them and they would recertify them within a few days. Banner said they would do them while I waited. All staff that I dealt with were friendly and accommodating. Headed out same day with two recertified and full propane tanks. Thanks Banner!

Banner is the only place I trust for furnace and AC repair. As a woman, I know that I can be taken for a ride by some of these other companies.
The last two times I've had Banner out, the fixes were easy. I have an old unit and I could have been told it needed to be replaced but instead the first time it was my breaker and this last time I was told about the reset button, and Dayton even drew a little arrow to the button for me. He cleaned my AC unit and was on his way.
I never write these reviews but I feel like they deserve five stars and then some for their honest work, super reasonable prices, and knowledgeable and friendly... read full review
