We had mold in our attic, and it was from an improperly installed metal roof that didn't have an adequate ventilation system.
Rick gave an estimate for a full sheating tear off and replacement that came back slightly cheaper than 2 other companies. The crew at 20/20 got the work done in 2 long days, and the new roof looks great. The moldy sheating is gone and we can rest easy knowing the roof was installed the right way with a proper ventilation system.
