I’m sorry I don’t have more houses that need new roofs. There work is exceptional. Tim Nicholas and his crew, especially Ric, did an outstanding job. They showed up when they said they would. They brought what was needed for the job the first time. On the day they started they showed up early and went right to work. Everyone was professional, polite, and careful not to cause damage to our plants and shrubs. They told us where the problem areas were on the roof and what to expect. The process of quoting, teardown, and installation was a piece of cake with 20/20. I found them through Reddit and reading several reviews and an Islander article on local roofing companies in the area. Tim was super easy to work with, giving us options for both our house and a separate garage structure (with thoughtful recommendations based on our overall plans for the yard). The team installing did a great job at communicating before and after the job was done, cleaning up, and setting expectations for the inspection, as well as completing both teardown and installation in less than1.5 days!
