Dr. Shirley worked me in same day for an emergency. I woke up with my neck stuck and left there with almost all of my range of motion and pain decreased by more than 50%. He was very thorough, informative and progressive in his technique. Highly recommend!

Saw Dr.shirley and I felt that I did not get a proper adjustment like I always have in the past. I felt extremely rushed through and he did not want to listen to what I had to say. Would not recommend .

I've been going to Spinal and Sports Care for a couple years now and it has always been a wonderful experience. Dr. Shirley listens to your needs, makes sure you're comfortable and gives you plenty of education and access to resources to help yourself at home in-between visits. They even have a special table for safe chiropractics for pregnancy and they recently purchased cushions for both the chiropractic team and massage team to make things more comfortable. It's really worth the time and money to go see this team!
