First time Peter check my appliances though he wasn't aware that it was different type of Exhaust, he was able to identify the problem right away. Came back the following week after the part got delivered and fixed it. Thank you SEARS!

Our repairman was excellent had our issue fixed within 5 minutes! He knew exactly what it was before he even looked at my dryer. I am doing a happy dance and would definitely recommend these guys for any appliance work!

Pete me posted as to when he would be at my house. He was a really nice and well informed technician. I appreciate his coming as my water softener was definitely not working but is now.
