I was nervous to bring my newborn son to get an adjustment not knowing how it worked for such tiny babes but during our appointment you could literally see the relief on his face as she would push on certain spots. he was so much happier and even slept so much better after his appointments!
I came in with a back at 10% function. And after 2 weeks, 2 visits, and some assigned homework(stretches) I'm functional again. The amount of knowledge and quality is 2nd to none.
I was having a lot of back pain, and I like lifting weights. I also generally would prefer to figure out my own pain rather than see someone, but this time the back pain was following me around for a few months, so I bit the bullet and went in. Doctor Lockhart adjusted my spine, told me some lifts to avoid, and a few days later I was feeling good as new! I should have gone in sooner.
