Carla is amazing! She listens and addresses your areas of concern. The atmosphere was calming and I was able to relax and allow her to release the stress from my body. I highly recommend Brain and Body Therapy.
Carla made the experience so wonderful! I cant recommend enough. I went in for her prenatal message and the whole time she was thoughtful of my positioning, how comfortable I was and took such good care of me. At the end of my prenatal message she did a foot scrub and message which was such a relaxing way to end the message. If you are looking for quality care and a prenatal message you wont regret booking with Carla!
Also complementary drink(s) & snacks at the end was so thoughtful and the welcome sign as I came into her room for my appointment was such a great personalized touch! Thank you Carla! I will be back again?
I came in for a prenatal massage being seven months pregnant with twins. Walking into Carla’s space was very warm and welcoming. She asked if I had any areas that I really wanted to focus on anything that has been bothering me this pregnancy. She checked in about the pressure many times throughout the session as to not make me uncomfortable. She was able to prop me perfectly with the right amount of pillows and bolsters to keep me comfortable. She hit all the areas that I really needed worked on and gave me an amazing foot scrub massage at the end which was the best way to leave feeling relaxed.
