About Eyecare Center of Snohomish
The Eyecare Center of Snohomish has been providing quality eye and vision care to patients of all ages since 1964. Conveniently located in historic downtown Snohomish, the center offers a complete menu of eye and vision services. Patients praise the top-notch attention and care provided by the staff, particularly Dr. Deol, who is described as a wonderful doctor who goes beyond the call of duty. The friendly and helpful staff have earned the center a reputation for excellent service. While some patients have experienced issues with their glasses, the overall consensus is that the Eyecare Center of Snohomish is a trustworthy and caring practice that prioritizes its patients' needs.
Exam went well. They problem is that they tell you they-re in-network provider, but they don't tell you until after the exam, when you are going to get the frames and lens, that your not cover with them for the frames and lens. So then they try to sell you frame and lens at a 30% discount. If you ask me that is kind of a shady way to do business. Now I have to find somebody in-network to get the glasses without have to get another exam.
Communication and billing issues. I am beyond frustrated with this experience.
