Sun March 16, 2025, Excellent service from the minute of being admitted by Amy & Tami.. Nurse Raquel explained everything she was doing and why, I wish to thank everyone i came in contact with for my chest x ray and my chest CatSacn. Then Dr. Bennett explained in detail the results of all the lab blood tests, and x rays. I received all the news good and bad. He even made the follow up appt. with my regular doctor. I thank everyone i came in contact with you all made me feel comfortable and that you care. This is the way one should feel. THANK YOU ALL

The team at Silverdale Kaiser Urgent Care is truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, they listened carefully to my concerns and treated them with the seriousness and professionalism they deserved. Rather than dismissing my symptoms, they took the time to thoroughly evaluate my condition, perform the necessary tests, and consult with specialists to ensure I received the best possible care.

Although my situation ultimately required hospitalization, I am grateful for the prompt attention and sound medical judgment of the urgent care team. Their actions helped ensure that I received the treatment I needed without delay.

I took my mother in to the urgent care and Dr. Marquez was brilliant, professional, and had a sense of humor which put us at ease during a stressful and confusing situation. He helped facilitate coordination across multiple layers of the health care team and made sure all of our questions were answered, did the work to get answers he didn’t have, and made sure we knew what to do going forward. So appreciated!
