From the moment I arrived, they listened carefully to my concerns and treated them with the seriousness and professionalism they deserved. Rather than dismissing my symptoms, they took the time to thoroughly evaluate my condition, perform the necessary tests, and consult with specialists to ensure I received the best possible care.
Although my situation ultimately required hospitalization, I am grateful for the prompt attention and sound medical judgment of the urgent care team. Their actions helped ensure that I received the treatment I needed without delay.
What stood out most was the compassion, teamwork, and dedication demonstrated by every member of the staff. It was evident that they work well together, communicate effectively, and genuinely care about their patients. The positive and supportive environment they have created reflects a team that enjoys what they do and takes pride in providing high-quality care.

I took my mother in to the urgent care and Dr. Marquez was brilliant, professional, and had a sense of humor which put us at ease during a stressful and confusing situation. He helped facilitate coordination across multiple layers of the health care team and made sure all of our questions were answered, did the work to get answers he didn’t have, and made sure we knew what to do going forward. So appreciated!

Sent my friend off in an ambulance without even notifing me while sitting in the waiting room. Also money lost out of his wallet was never returned..

I have had consistently good experiences here. Every time the staff, from the doctors to the janitorial folks, are nice and helpful. The urgent care staff are just always so kind and quick to solve whatever I've come in for without making me feel rushed or like I'm inconveniencing them. Pharmacy is quick too.

I went to this Kaiser urgent care with a straightforward upper respiratory infection and walked out with a $2400 lower abdominal MRI that had nothing to do with my symptoms. During the exam, the PA pressed so hard during palpation that he CREATED the pain he wrote down as justification for imaging. I’m a nurse practitioner...I know exactly how an abdominal exam is supposed to be done, and this was not appropriate or clinically justified. What followed was a long, frustrating, dead-end appeals process that felt designed to make me give up. I strongly advise anyone considering care at this location to be extremely cautious about unnecessary testing and to question any imaging recommendation that doesn’t match your symptoms.

I’m a veteran with 50% disability. About 4:00 PM Sunday, I tried to get treatment at the Kaiser Permanente Urgent Care facility in Silverdale, but was denied service. I have since been told that Kaiser Permanente indeed serves Veterans. Did I just come across a receptionist that didn’t know better?

Wow this is an amazing urgent care! I have never been to such a great urgent care. I could have saved myself a couple hospital visits if I knew what a great place this is. They have basically all the capabilities that a hospital would minus an MRI machine and being admitted. The nurses and doctors were very sweet. The nurses even numbed my arm before drawing blood/doing an IV. Never had that done before! Will definitely drive here over going to the one near my house in the future for me or my family.

Sun March 16, 2025, Excellent service from the minute of being admitted by Amy & Tami.. Nurse Raquel explained everything she was doing and why, I wish to thank everyone i came in contact with for my chest x ray and my chest CatSacn. Then Dr. Bennett explained in detail the results of all the lab blood tests, and x rays. I received all the news good and bad. He even made the follow up appt. with my regular doctor. I thank everyone i came in contact with you all made me feel comfortable and that you care. This is the way one should feel. THANK YOU ALL
