Happy with my service at Kaiser Urgent Care. I Was greeted. It was a reasonable wait. RN staff and lab techs and the security staff & pharmacy was great. The Dr/PA was great. Impressed that he was testing a AI recorder tho aide in charting. I was asked for my permission this made it easy to give a 10 rating
When I arrived late in the evening, I was thankful that I did not have to wait too long at Silverdale Urgent Care. The receptionist, nurses as well as the doctor provided me with excellent medical care. Even though the pharmacist was close to full my prescription, they brought one pill to get me started. I appreciate this very much.

I like my Doctor and his staff. Although my appointment had to be made months in advance. He gave me time to address my issues and actively listened . I feel fortunate to have Dr. Barkett as my primary.
