They could not have been better! I had an appt later and they made sure I made it!!! Nobody wants to go to urgent care, but when you have to- it's great when they are so caring!!!

This clinic plays with your time, your schedule, your gas, and most of all your HEALTH. I was told by the mammography tech that the staff who schedule appointments are incompetent and if you call to request a diagnostic test, you just don't know what you'll get. Please train your staff to save your patients from taking off work, driving 20 miles, changing work schedules, and receiving ZERO care. Both calls I placed to make tge mammography appointment should be recorded so please review and provide a flow chart to your staff.

Dr. Uvila is the best—always. Im thankful for him. He is always helpful and very kind.
However, Nurse Cristine/Cristina Forcier seemed annoyed or uninterested during my visit, or perhaps that's just her usual demeanor. She showed very little compassion and was the first nurse at Kaiser Permanente Silverdale who assisted me without smiling even once.
I personally don't mind, but patient care goes beyond completing tasks. A little kindness and warmth can make a big difference. Please do better.
