Dr. Klem has been my PCP for almost 4 years, he is such a great doctor and has a great bedside manners. He always has a smile on his face and create safe environment for his patients. He is always non-judgmental and take his time during the appointment. I never felt like he is rushing the care, or ignoring my concerns. It is hard to find doctors who have much knowledge about LGBTQ+ community and their issues. He is always available and replies in timely manner on MyChart messages. Excellent care. I haven't had any issue of any sort.Staff is always pleasant and very helpful. They are always good with updates and future visits.I like that.It's super clean and they continue to to follow with Covid protocols. Yay!

I love this office, the staff is excellent and my Dr. who is Dr. Klem is wonderful. Caring, gives one time to have a bit of conversation and very thorough.
