These folks are great. Quick, knowledgeable, and fast. They gave me lots of options and great advice on our repair that saved me a good amount of money and headache. Only had a phone conversation with the guy but he's extremely helpful and seems to be quite educated on computers he was able to steer me in the right direction and offer some possible solutions. Overall very nice guy and very helpful.
The guy was professional. His attitude and ethics reflected that. He was very straight forward and got into the problem right away. He inquire all about my problem and took care of the problem instantly.
