This is a great vet to visit, especially if you fur-baby needs care in a hurry. You can show up anytime and take your chance on the wait. Both times I have been it's been about 2 hours to take care of everything. The pricing is very fair, and the staff are freindly, professional and helpful. Both my visits were for nasty cat on cat bites and the bill each time was for around $300. This included a strong anti-biotic shot ($95), but with that you're done with the medication. I cannot say enough good things about the team at Urban Animal. My Stella girl crossed the rainbow bridge yesterday and the whole team made an extremely difficult and heartbreaking experience as positive as it could be with their kindness and compassion. They allowed her brother Thor to be by her side until the very end, providing us all a little extra comfort. I spoke with Mollyrose who works with their comfort care often and she provided some much appreciated guidance and support through this process and afterwards. I cannot thank the team at Urban Animal enough for taking such good care of my girl.

We started taking our two kitties, Sweet Pea and Clementine, to Urban Animal in White Center a few years ago because it was close to home. Over time, the team there became such a comforting presence. Everyone we met was kind, patient, and cared deeply for our girls as they aged.
When we had to rush Sweet Pea to a 24-hour vet and she passed, a card arrived from the Urban Animal team a couple of weeks later. They somehow found out and took the time to reach out, which meant the world to us. Their compassion and kindness have stayed with us, and we will always be grateful. When we have pets again, we’ll be back without question.
