David and his team painted our interior and exterior when we bought our new house this last summer and they were a pleasure to work with. David is extremely professional, responsive and detail-oriented - and we appreciated that he had recommendations about the type of paint that we should purchase and what would look best in our house. David came back multiple times to do little touch-ups and went above and beyond in every way. I have used Top Notch for the past year at my home and two rental apartment buildings we own on Queen Anne Hill. David and his team are extremely responsive and willing to do whatever he can to meet his commitments and work to the agreed to plan (cost and schedule). When things take longer or cost more they are always fair and work quickly to incorporate the scope growth that I normally add in. TopNotch did an excellent job drywalling and painting our bathroom!! We had exposed inner wall stucco and flooring after tub/shower installation and they patched it up great. They also gave great advice on what to do for other needed fixes through our fixer-upper apartment. I highly recommend them for anyone needing drywalling, painting and patchwork. They are also great to work with and are just good people.
