Every doctor I have had at Swedish including my current doctor Wauldbaum has been /and is caring and supportive, listens with patients to my concerns and offers a game plan to help the healing process.
I have received exceptional care at Swedish West Seattle Primary Care. I use MyChart for most of my scheduling needs and communication with my care team. They have always been able to accomodate me in a timely way when my condition required it.
Dr. Charles Butler and his team were very responsive and helpful in dealing with a tick while camping in Central Washington. I reached out with a message via the mychart system, and my care team called me quickly, and set up a call for an hour later with Dr. Butler. He walked me through how to treat my situation, and was very reassuring. Excellent remote care! Thank you!
