Dr Shepard & Noel are the cornerstone of my turning around and starting to heal??, I've been stuck in cronic pain for years. And going to sessions Dr Shepard I have gained mobilty, i can drive again, i can stay out of fight or flight more often, i can stand longer, I can actually write this, I'm in less & less pain w each visit & I feel balanced on so many levels when i leave getting a session or two, with them,... I have worked with Dr. Shepard for the last several years. Every single time, without exception, I have felt better physically, emotionally and spiritually after my sessions. I have always felt his full presence when working with me. His approach is gentle and intuitive and extremely effective. I am so deeply grateful that I found Dr. Shepard and even though I have moved a couple hours away, will continue to work with him. His wife Noel is a healer in her own right. This place is truly amazing, the energy from both Dr Dick Shepard and Noël as soon as you walk into the office is always so calm and uplifting. During your adjustment, he uses gentle movements and manipulations, not your ordinary "crack and pop" chiropractor approach. This makes the session much more relaxing and usually within an hour after my sessions I start to feel a tremendous difference, every time. And the next day I feel even better. 10/10 recommend you take the visit if you are thinking about it!
