Easy to get into and sports oriented. I have appreciated learning from them and getting support through a long recovery. As an older woman I feel Tim taken seriously. No patting me on the head like I’ve seen elsewhere.
Tom, the owner, spent years as a trainer with the Storm. Kelly is warm, practical and fun to spend time with. Charlotte makes it smooth.
Working with Dr. Veronika Maass at the Peak Sports Lake City location is one of the best things I have ever done. She helped me develop tools to manage my chronic headaches. As a concussion specialist, she helped me understand how some chronic issues might be related to past head injuries. She also helped me understand how childhood ear surgeries might contribute to balance issues that manifest in different ways (e.g. knee pain which she also helped me with).

My experience at Peak Physical Therapy in Lake City was exceptional. Both Veronika and Tom are excellent therapists, caring, knowledgeable, professional. Their individualized yet complementary approaches to heal and strengthen my shoulder worked wonders. The exercises and accommodations for loosening and strengthening were easy to understand, and the progressive challenge ultimately resulted in gaining back the use of my arm!
