So I first off want to say I will never go anywhere else for any kind of pest control. My techs name was Dominique. She was AMAZING . Not only did she do a wonderful job, but she was so great with answering all my questions, and talked me thru any reservations I was having, and kept in contact for any followup questions I had .. (and there was A LOT) she was so patient with my knowing absolutely nothing and gave me all the information I needed. We have had 2 different people working monthly at our residence...nate qas first ans for over a year Dominique has been coming. They are awesome...both of them. Kind curtious...alqays asking about needs and helping to take care of them. I highly recommend this company and the great job that they do...thank you for the great service!

After a very harrowing experience of getting multiple stings from Yellowjackets in my yard (they’d chosen our side garden ferns as their primary residence), I called Paratex and Sarah listened to my situation with care and got me on schedule very swiftly. Their skilled exterminator John came out, explained to me both the behavior of the pest and in clear terms what his treatment for them would be and swiftly and efficiently when about Safely treating the site. It’s been a few days and I have not seen a single yellow jacket and now feel safe to bring my family back into our yard. A+++!
