I had an appointment with Rhys last week. First time acupuncture session, and I loved it. Rhys was excellent, communicative, relatable, knowledgeable, and the space is very comfortable and warm. I’ll definitely be back.
After sustaining a back injury in January, I began receiving treatments from Steve. With his background in orthopedic acupuncture, he is not only incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in his craft, but also exceptionally kind (and witty). This made each session a truly enjoyable experience. He also happily answers any questions you may have and ensures you feel as comfortable as possible during your treatment- a true healer.
Each session brought noticeable relief, and I left more aligned and supported in my healing after each visit. I really wouldn't be in the position that I am today without him.

Kind and knowledgeable staff, effective treatments and very personalized for being in a "group" setting, only one other person in the room at a time usually so you have a lot of space for yourself/treatment.
