The crew arrived promptly, after letting me know they were on their way. They got the job done quickly, and let me know how long to leave the sofa to finish drying before I could use it again. The results look fantastic, especially the kitchen floor (tiled), which hasn't looked this good since I moved in. Thank you!

Our entire experience was excellent - from the first call with the owner Matt, to the cleaning with August. Responsive, professional, efficient… we will definitely use North Seattle Carpet Cleaning again for our small office needs.

UPDATED - 11/24. Seriously good customer service! After I left my three star review they got in contact with me and said that they always offer a follow up spot cleaning. They came back 2-3 days later and the same guy returned. I pointed out the areas that still showed dirt and he fixed it. Really great, updating my review to 5 stars. INITIAL REVIEW - The gentleman who came to clean our couch was kind and knowledgeable. Our couch hadn't been cleaned for prob ~5 years, and there was a definite dinginess caused by our pup having a favorite spot.
