I had such a great experience here! The environment was peaceful, welcoming, and had such a calming energy from the moment I walked in.
I booked a one-hour deep tissue massage with John, and it was exactly what I needed. The massage was thorough and really helped release a lot of tension I’d been carrying. The complimentary cupping was an awesome bonus and felt amazing.
What impressed me most was how refreshed I felt afterward. Even though it was only an hour, I left feeling completely rested and relaxed afterwards and still feeling amazing the morning after!
Mary Frances is a skilled LMP and is very interested in finding the best treatments for any body issue that is bothering me. I appreciate her focus and skill! Plus, she's always interesting to talk to. I'll be back!
Allyson is very knowledgeable on the mussels through out the body, and why certain mechanics in the body are functioning in a certain way due to mussel tension. And knowing how to release that compressed or bundled (knot). Excellent massage!
