My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the service that we received form Major Brands Floor Supply concerning a recent carpet replacement in our Seattle condominium unit. Major Brands exceeded our expectations for cost, quality and schedule to accomplish this task. The effort was turnkey from our perspective, with Major Brands coordinating with the building concierge as well as other vendors to accomplish this task in an efficient schedule. We will definitely consider Major Brands Floor Supply and Abbey Carpet of Seattle for our future flooring needs.

Best experience with carpet installation. After a disappointing experiences with Lowe’s and HD, I am so happy to have found Major Brands. They have great selection of all kinds of high quality flooring and the installation turn around was super fast. The crew and owners are professionals and the cost very reasonable.

Excellent, family-owned carpet and flooring store in SODO with decades of experience. It's a place where people remember you, even if you haven't been in the shop for a couple of years. The selection is solid and they order anything you want that may not be in stock. The quality of service, attention to detail in both work and communications at every stage of selection, measuring, ordering/delivery, installation, and follow-up is second to none.
I am so glad to have a locally owned option that costs me not a dime more than box stores and provides personalized, reliable service with superb customer service and attention to detail.
What I ordered: 100% wool berber and padding.

We are preparing our condo to put on the market. Curt was very helpful in directing me to carpet selections his real estate customers tend to opt for. We settled on a Mohawk style. It took about 2 weeks to receive (even with a holiday!!) Kiki & team did a beautiful job installing the carpet. When it didn’t take as much time to install as projected, Curt even discounted the quote. Couldn’t have asked for better service!!
