They were speedy, even doing coordination on a holiday in case the need was urgent. The service was personal, both the scheduling and the cleaning work. They gave an accurate estimate on the time required based on specifically what I needed, and gave advice on what people usually need without being pushy. They came very quickly which I needed and worked very hard to do my deep cleaning. They were nice and polite and I liked that I got to check their work before I paid. Immediately needed our event space deep cleaned after an unforeseen mess of an event, and my personal contacts were unavailable. Contacted Ladonnas in the morning, and by 3:45pm, our 2,600 sq ft space was spotless. Both communication and expectations were made clear from their end and mine, and I appreciated that.
