Yesterday while I was at the Kaiser Capital Hill lab I had the pleasure of meeting Suzanne R. a lab tech. I haven't been feeling well for several months and wished that sometimes, someone knew exactly how I was feeling. After speaking with her for a few minutes I realized that her and i had alot in common and I was able to connect with her on a personal level. She was able to very quickly put my mind at ease and i instantly felt better about my situation. She was so kind and empathetic. Suzanne demonstrated exactly what nursing and Healthcare should be all about.
