Loud obnoxious security guards yelling at a customer on a public side walk, followed by the security guard talking loudly with a second security guard about shoplifters, her plan for stopping it, the others plan for where they shills be stationed. It builds the cost of theft into prices. Clearly profits are fine. Albertsons CEO made over 17 million in pay in 2022 alone. It had 7 other executives who made well over 1 million in pay just in 2022. Why does it have to make shopping experiences bad by having aggressive loud unprofessional security?
