We called Ben’s Plumbing because we had a leak in our basement. They were easy to schedule with and Nic H. came to our home.Nic was really pleasant to work with. He offered to take off his shoes, was friendly and tidy. Nic quickly assessed what our issue was and fixed it, while offering additional expertise to improve our situation (an old drain did not have a cap on it, which it should have).While Nic was here I brought up a few other issues we were having, and he was able to fix them all!! Terrific service. Phone answered on a couple rings. Real human listened, found an appointment the next morning. Two plumbers arrived exactly on time, and fixed it. Reasonably priced and professional. What a breath of fresh air in the service world, thanks!

Excellent service! They could've charged me "emergency price" but they were very honest and gave me advice to hold until next day. Also scheduled and sent a plumber early in the morning right next day.Nick was very quick and professional. Thank you so much!
