Nolan and Taylor from Ben's replaced my old water heater yesterday. From my first interaction with this company, everything was friendly and smooth. They were flexible on price, fast, and provided superior customer service at every level.
As an aside to other business owners, respond to your reviews (good and bad) on Google reviews. If you don't do this, you are missing an important component of showing potential and existing customers that you are responsive and care about your clients.

Ben has been fantastic to work with. What stands out most is how responsive and genuinely caring he is. From the very beginning, he made us feel like we could count on him if anything unexpected came up.
When we had an accidental leak, Ben responded right away and arranged for someone to come out the very same day to check everything and make sure we were taken care of. That kind of service and peace of mind is hard to find.
