I’ve had a great experience with Bala Yoga! I’m very much a beginner but the classes are accessible and modifiable to my level. The space itself is gorgeous and the staff and the community has been kind and welcoming.
As a beginner to yoga, I’ve appreciated the wide array of class offerings available. Each class I’ve taken has been varied, which I really enjoy. The instructors are kind and knowledgeable, and the studio is very clean and comfortable. I’ll definitely be returning.
I've been going to Bala Fremont for over a year now and am particularly fond of the weekend classes. The instructors provide a range of options in class for all levels, and the temperature is just right. I particularly like Lauren's Soulful Sunday class. Definitely recommend this studio!
